Hello all!

The Avid support team asked me to save and send them a system report.
Where do I find the menu for that?
I only get the menu of the Finder...

Tia and best! / Martin

Hi Martin,

Go to the Apple menu and select "About This Mac…"
In the resulting window, click the "System Report" button.
When the System Report window opens, press Command+S to save a copy of the report.

HTH,
Slau

Hello Slau!

So Command+S is a hidden feature?

Thanks a lot and best! / Martin

There's probably, technically a sort of menu bar that doesn't appear to be visible. For example, you can also press Command+P to print but the print feature will only include the category focused on which isn't helpful if you want everything. It's great if you want a specific list of installed apps or connected devices, etc.

Amazing, the same place where they told me to click save or print via the file menu.

Thanks again and best! / Martin
