Hello World,

I am Smiley's ex-wife. My husband is no longer my
husband for many reasons. The reason I am here is
to talk about his dishonesty.

My husband Is known to the world as Smiley Rook
and he has created a business This business is
called Smiley's CB Shop. He is constantly on the
move, He operates this business throughout the
Oregon, and Northern California areas. The problem
is simple, Smiley Rook has registered this business
under my name.

This creates a large problem for me because every
year the IRS comes after me to pay the taxes on
Smiley's profits, and Smiley is constantly in trouble
with the FCC due to his illegal radio modifications,
and the fact that he sells very large Linear
amplifiers, etc. For this reason, I am also in
danger of being held legally responsible for his
actions, The FCC doesn't care about the fact that
I am not involved. I do not even hang around him, I
stay in my Bend, Oregon home and town. Far from him.
Additionally, the IRS still believes I am responsible
for paying his taxes because he illegally registered
his business under my name, but I cannot prove that
to the IRS.

I have had to hire a lawyer which I cannot afford.
This lawyer has told me to do everything possible
to make it clear to the world that I did not give
my permission for him to register this business in
my name. In fact I do not approve, or participate at
all in this business. I do not make any money from
this CB Shop. In short my name and identity have
been stolen by this person. This whole situation
has been a nightmare. I have run articles in all the
local news papers. I have posted messages to various
CB oriented forums. Now I am posting to the CB
oriented Newsgroups.


This person known by you as Smiley Rook is an ex
con. A thief, and an all around bad person. Please
help me by avoiding Smiley, and his CB Shop. If
you value your radio equipment, then don't hand it
to Smiley. He will either ruin the integrity of
the equipment, he MAY also steal it, and just
disappear. He HAS done this before, and got away
with it, he WILL do it again. I am trying to warn
you to help you. By the way do not ask me to help
you find him, because I have no idea where he is
nor do I care.
