I think you'd have to do something slightly clunky with code components and a loop. Like add a loop to your flow surrounding a try_again routine. That could have a number of reps that is set in a variable. If the subject gets it correct nreps=0 (the loop won't run). In your try_again routine you'd also need to add something to see if the answer was /now/ correct and abort the loop.

hope that helps

Hi All,

First of all, I just wanted to say thank you for the program itself and for these forums-it has made programming much easier.  I tried looking online and through previous questions in the group but I haven't seen an answer to this particular problem.  I am sorry if I missed it.

I am using the Builder view on a Mac with the newest version of PsychoPy (v1.75.01).

I am trying to work an experiment so that participants get feedback if their responses were wrong (which I have done- the demo was really helpful!). But I want to add a component such that if the response was wrong, participants have to answer the correct answer in order to continue with the trials. I have it set up to store the last key and so I thought I might just extend the duration time of the feedback so that the participant could correct the response. However, then when the participant answers correctly, he/she has to wait for the feedback message to end.  Is there a way to add a wait time feedback to erroneous responses or to differentially set the duration time based on correct/incorrect responses?

Thank you for your help!
