Experiment works on mac but doesn't on microsoft

I have built an experiment that includes pictures on my mac and it works fine. Now that i have to perform it in a classroom equipped with microsoft softwear the experiment stops running after the first task.
Does the picture size matters?
When testing configuration on the pc with windows it showed that refresh stability was not ok. Could that be the problem?
