rating scale broken in 1.63.00?

There seems to be a problem with the rating scales in 1.63.00. In the
demo, simply mousing over an accept button "pushes" the button...

I wonder if this is related to the problem noted in this thread:

whereby the mouse remains 'clicked' after the button is released.
Could you implement that fix and test again?
