Does anybody know if it is available anywhere else?

the docs are part of PsychoPy now, see https://github.com/psychopy/psychopy/tree/master/iohub_docs/iohub

They are partially outdated, however. Some people are in the process of planning a revision; this will take some time, though. But seeing there is actual demand (like yours), this can maybe serve as a motivation to finally get started. ;)

(Yes, I am one of those who kept postponing the revision/rewrite for quite a while now.)

    Many thanks. Hopefully the guide to debugging is enough for me. If I may, it will be good if you redirect the isolver web address to the github web site. It is the first address that comes up in Google.

   I appreciate the time and effort that all of you guys put in this work. It is very kind.

That URL should be working again (may take up to a day for DNS update propagation). Those docs are very out of date however. Right now, the best thing would be to go though the iohub demos (psychopy/demos/coder/iohub). The keyboard and mouse demo's are good to start with. Then, look at the docs in the source files themselves, as they are more up to date than the online docs generated from a sphinx build 2 years ago.

As Richard mentioned, we are trying to get updated, simplified, documentation built into the psychopy docs themselves. Right now, there is an iohub section in the psychopy API  level documentation, but it is totally unfinished.  Hope to have time to wok on that more in the future. ;) Contributions are always welcome. ;)
