Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital

We are seeking a qualified Psychologist to join our newly established Psycho-Oncology Department at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital. This is a pioneering role, offering the opportunity to be the first formal psycho-oncologist from a psychological background at the hospital.

The selected candidate will receive guidance from a renowned Dutch psycho-oncologist, contributing to professional development in this specialized field.

Position Details:

Working hours: 3 hours per day, twice a week on working days

Location: Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital

Salary: To be discussed during the interview

Requirements:

knowledge of basic counseling and psychotherapy (preferably CBT)

Familiarity with diagnostic criteria for mental illnesses

Prior experience in working with clients or patients in a clinical or counseling setting

Compassionate, professional, and collaborative approach to patient care
