Subject: Request for Participation in a Study of Study on Emotional Intelligence and Self Esteem among Service Sector Employees

Dear Madam and Sir,

I am conducting a study on emotional intelligence and its association with self esteem among the service sector employees of Kathmandu Valley,  and need your help to gain insight on this topic, for a partial fulfillment of my Masters Degree. This research aims to understand the emotional intelligence level of the employees using Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale, exploring four dimensions of emotional intelligence such as Self-Emotion Appraisal, Others' Emotions Appraisal, Regulations of Emotion, and Use of Emotion. It also aims to find self esteem using a culturally validated scale named Svaminan Scale developed by Dr Narayan Prasad Sharma.

I kindly request you to participate in this study and encourage other working individuals around you as well.  Your involvement will greatly contribute to the success of this research.

The form is designed to be easy and quick to complete, taking only a few minutes of your time. Only employees working in the service sector of Kathmandu valley  are accepted.
Your responses will be kept confidential and used solely for research purposes. Your participation is voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time without any consequences.

Thank you for your time and support in making this study a success. Your contribution means a lot.

Best regards,
Parinati Khanal
