Skill Lab are on a mission to enable schools/colleges to support their teachers/students with CAREER GUIDANCE TECHNOLOGY integrated with learning modules and guidance information. To meet our mission, we are looking for
School Counselor
Working Location: Dhangadhi & Pokhara
Deadline: 12th November 2024
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Science, Education, or a related field and above.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting career guidance programs, including teacher training and above.
- Experience in capacity building and networking with government and private stakeholders.
- Preference is given to candidates with national or international career guidance certifications.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for the students
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of career trends, job market developments, and educational opportunities
- Develop and facilitate workshops and training to provide additional career guidance resources and opportunities
- Offer comprehensive counseling services, addressing the needs and concerns of students regarding their career path
- Provide training for teachers to build awareness of career guidance.
