I am a Mental Health Counselor (PGD 2019) and have recently completed my MCP coursework. As part of my thesis research, I am conducting a study titled: "Self-Care Practices and Maternal Mental Well-Being among Mothers of Kathmandu City."

📍 Currently residing in Kathmandu City.

👶 Having at least one child aged 0–18 years.
