I think when Psych K seems not to work, there may be a lesson involved
you havent learned yet! I am going through this right now with my
shoulder tension! I have done everything under the sun to try to get
rid of this tension! And what I have learned was by not surrendering
to what is I was creating more tension and discomfort! the best thing
you can do I have found when something doesnt work is surrender to it
completely and accept it and that changes the energy withing yourself
then changes start occuring effortlessly! When I surrendered to this
tension then I gained clarity on what I needed to do with Psych K and
other things to help it! When you are forcing something you are adding
to whatever the problem seems to be! When you dont need something to
be different then it will change or seem to! When you are trying to
force an issue with psych k I believe it wont work! Peace Neil

Very powerful insight Neil. Thanks for sharing this with the PSYCH-K Community. The question of why PSYCH-K doesn't seem to work sometimes is important. I believe it's best to hold it open and keep an attitude of ongoing curiosity and wonder around it. I know for me when I first experienced what I interpreted as a "failure" of a PSYCH-K balance, my immediate reaction was that it just doesn't work for me or that I was doing something wrong. I now suspect there are multiple reasons for not seeing immediate results and a curious mind seems to be the best anecdote to doubt.

Welcome to the site!

Much love,

Marylou

Would anyone like to give feedback? I am feeling somewhat stressed, not
very focused, just working on normal stuff one does when one is self
employed. I feel I need to do a balance. mj

Hey Lifeworks Coach! For me what has been powerful is just being
with myself! When you get stressed or the drag seems to come on the
mind habitually tends to look away from the source of it! The mind
then goes into thinking it needs something when really it just needs
to become present and dissolve the unconscious feelings and thoughts
causing the feelings. The dragging undercurrent and stress is caused
by unconscious mind activity! When you are stressed or depressed I
think the best thing to do is be with yourself and go into the feeling
or feelings! When you do this you are facing whatever is unconcsious
and it will dissolve or begin to! Peace Neil
