to Everyday PSYCH-K®
Hi,
I used to always self-test strong (over-energy) or sometimes weak(?
under?-energy).
A psychic friend of one of my PSYCH-K teachers said that I should call
on one of Doreen Virtue's (you can look up Doreen Virtue on the web)
angels for help. When I became really desperate, I called on arc
angel ?Michael? and begged (I probably didn't have to beg, but I was
desperate to the point of crying) him for a way for me to get my self-
muscle testing back.
Within a few days after that, there were times when I'd try the whole
brain posture to get out of over-energy (always testing strong) and
I'd notice (it occurred to me ?intuitively?) that when I would cross
my ankles one way, I would yawn immediately and then I wouldn't yawn
with ankles crossed the other way. So, whenever I went into over-
energy, I'd use the yawning to determine the cross-over preference for
the whole brain posture.
Soon after that, I would just do PSYCH-K normally, and whenever I went
into over-energy, I'd just use yawns to determine 'yes', and then
whenever the yawns stop giving consistent responses, I'd switch back
to normal self-muscle testing. I ended up just switching from one way
to the other whenever one way stopped working, sometimes switching
more than once. I could switch back and forth any number of times in
a session.
I've come to refer to this (second) mode of testing, observing yawns,
as "secondary dowsing" or "auxiliary dowsing". For me, in this mode,
a yawn means "yes" and no yawn means "no". For other people, it may
be something other than a yawn. e.g. twitch, shiver, burp, etc.
Also, this secondary/auxiliary dowsing has gotten me "over" ?under?-
energy -- always testing weak.
