Allergies

I have seasonal allergies a couple of times a year. I haven't
pinpointed specifically which allergens I am allergic to...not sure if
it's ragweed, or mold, fungus..etc.

What would be the best statement or way to treat this?

For some reason I do not get messages anymore, and I came on today
just because...Here are some statements I would use for myself.

My environment is safe and friendly
I enjoy breathing fresh clean air
I take in only what serves my highest and best good
I breath easily and effortlessly.
