The Basic PSYCH-K Treasure Box

The Basic PSYCH-K Treasure Box:

In Advanced PSYCH-K, there's the concept of a "Treasure Box". This is
where an advanced PSYCH-K balance is done to shift something within
you without a specific overall belief in the conscious mind. In this
case, there are only predefined supporting beliefs that are known and
used. What is shifted is chosen by either the subconscious or
superconscious mind, and it's not consciously known.

Sometime ago, I heard and experienced that the whole brain posture can
be done just by testing the cross-over preference, sitting in the
posture, experience shifting, and then locking it in. It occurred to
me that maybe this is like a Treasure Box. I began experimenting with
the following procedure:


Step 1) Establish communication
Step 2) Muscle test:
"It's safe and appropriate to do a basic PSYCH-K Treasure
Box now."
OR you can establish a clear goal/intent (e.g. get over a
stressful situation) in your mind and then test:
"It's safe and appropriate to do a basic PSYCH-K Treasure
Box for this goal now."
Step 3) Skip the VAK (just like "Releasing subsconcious stress")
Step 4) Continue Basic PSYCH-K without a particular belief in mind.
i.e. "Every part of this 'system' ..."
Step 5) Post test the belief statement with a muscle test: "The
belief is installed."
Step 6) Celebrate!


Every time that I've done this procedure, I've found that the muscle
testing responses are consistently reasonable answers, even while
incorporating surrogation--from advanced PSYCH-K.

What's handy about this is that you can use it as a demonstration.
After doing these for 2-4 consecutive times, I find that brain fog
clears up; and when I do it for dealing with a specific stressful
situation, the stress dissolves.

Also, I've done this for 2-4 consecutive times each day for about 3
months, and I'm noticing that I have more smirks on my face throughout
the day. :)

Another thing is that this is handy when you don't have your notes/
affirmations with you and you're balancing yourself. In this case,
it's not hard to memorize and do self-balancing basic PSYCH-K Treasure
Boxes. I do this in parks and public transit. On the bus/train, I do
the cross crawls while sitting and I do the Hemispheric Integration
while sitting with elbows touching the waist/sides.

Try it, and see if it does something for you. :)

Yes Brian, 
I used it last night on an old vague issue while going to sleep.
Made an achy leg feel better.

I use something similar to that but with the Resolution Balance.
When I'm writing or doing accounting at the computer sometimes I sit for too long and get into a fatigued state of mind where nothing is making sense. 
Ok, Resolution Balance Time:
I test my hemispheres, do appropriate cross crawls, and put my arms out with the intention of getting my wits back. 
On returning to the computer, what was previously chaos with black holes is perfectly understandable.
5 minutes or so. I love it!!!!
