Hi,

Does anyone here consistently experience/feel a physical sensation or
physical experience when they do a balance?

Some examples are: yawning, coughing, burping, tearing, hiccuping,
feeling a strong physical sensation in your body, or feeling
electrical impulses all the way up your hands and arms, etc.

If you're not sure, and you've done PSYCH-K for 1.5 years (that's how
long it took me to observe this) then try this:
1) Sit up straight for this whole process
2) Chin level, eyes looking down for this whole process
3) Establish communication without using your hands and without
muscle testing:
3a) Say my name is (say your name) and wait 30 seconds for a physical
sensation/experience
3b) Say my name is (say a name that's definitely not your name) and
wait 30 seconds for a physical sensation/experience
3c) Think of something you really like and wait 30 seconds for a
physical sensation/experience
3d) Think of something you really don't like and wait 30 seconds for a
physical sensation/experience
3e) In your mind, keep repeating the word "yes" while waiting 30
seconds for a physical sensation/experience
3f) In your mind, keep repeating the word "no" while waiting 30
seconds for a physical sensation/experience

When you did all that, did you notice anything consistently? For
example, did you notice that when saying your name, thinking of
something you really like, and saying "yes", you would experience the
same physical sensations/experiences consistently? Perhaps a yawn
each time?

I noticed a yawn for saying my name, thinking of something I really
like, and repeating the word "yes". I don't notice anything for
saying someone else's name, thinking of something I really don't like,
and repeating the word "no".

If you did notice something consistently, I think that you can use
that to replace your muscle testing, and I believe that this is
referred to as "dowsing".

Thank you Brian, what an awesome and brilliant idea. Although I would
still use the
muscle testing for the statement as it provides an Anchor at the end
when post-testing. However, the more a person notices as you describe
the more powerful
the correction, I will use it

Have a nice day!
