Even though the author uses NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to work
with the subconscious mind, she only mentions NLP in the index of the
book and in her recommended reading list. The chapters of the book
don't mention NLP. The book is a set of instructions for the kinds of
negative thoughts to transform in order to achieve your goals. For
example: dealing with guilt. Everything in the book can be addressed
with basic or advanced PSYCH-K.

Judith Orloff's latest on changing negative thoughts is good too.

Thank you Brian, what a wonderful idea you have - A Book Club of
recommended reading. I will search out this book and even watch the
movie.
and here is a contribution that I believe will take this book and
Psych - K to another level. "Coaching with Spirit"-Allowing Success to
Emerge, by Teri E Belf. Although
It is designed to Coach with Spirit one can also apply the principles
to themselves. It focuses on Responsible-able to respond
and is filled with illustrations too.
Happy New Year to All.
