Hi,
Would anyone like to offer any tips on using Psych-K to help people quit smoking? A phrase like "smoke-free" is a negative and would likely not be effective. Correct?

Thanks for any thoughts/experience you'd like to share.

Christine, I have found that the addiction (smoking) is usually held in place to fulfill some unmet need. You might want to try a statement from this perspective, There is a limitng belief which is supporting this addiction. Then you can be guided to the statement perhaps from the 7 categories. Your individual may have concious knowledge about this and be able to frame a belief statement. Sheryl Derderian
