Hello

I am new to Psych-K
and am having some tremendous experiences with it

one thing that is coming up for me, especially in self-muscle testing
where I find it is a more sensitive process,
is knowing how exactly to focus my consciousness, as I have received
several different answers

while asking superconscious, it is clear. I focus on it, ask it open
to whatever it will answer, and I receive the answer.

while working with the subconscious, I was told both to focus all of
my attention on the statement - that much I get. Beyond that, I have
been told to both say the staement like I believe it, yet at the same
time to remain neutral in my mind. These seem to be opposites. Can
someone clarify for me what is recommended practise here?

thank you

Bradley

Hi Bradley,

When you say a statement as if you believe it, you are activating the feeling nature of the belief, making it easier for the subconscious mind to identify coherence or lack of coherence. Remaining neutral while saying the statement with feeling simply means to allow for a "not knowing" in terms of the muscle test result.

Welcome to the world of PSYCH-K!

Much love,

Marylou
