Hi All,

I’ve made a bunch of improvements on the shiny app and moved things out to a standalone app (https://github.com/debruine/pdsbuilder

To play with it, just run the following code:

devtools::install_github("debruine/pdsbuilder")
library(pdsbuilder)
pds_app()

This will open a shiny app where you can upload a dataset, enter dataset properties, and download the codebook.

I haven’t written the part where you can edit variable properties yet (the author list editing took forever!)

It would be fab if anyone could have a look at this and send feedback.

Our shiny server is acting up, so I can’t post it online just yet, but I made a 2-minute movie if you don’t want to open it in R.

Cheers,
Lisa
