Hi Erin,
I have been having some back and forth with Melissa about Meta-Psychology (where I'm editor-in-chief) being "beta testers" for Psych Data Standards. In short, we would require it and also provide support for authors. One of our aims is to support the community by being early adopters of new standards and innovations in publishing, to seek out new things and boldly (oh sorry that's Star Trek...)
I haven't been so active in this group, but I'm following it very closely with that in mind. This tutorial will be extremely useful to us, and I would like to make it an official tutorial for submission to Meta-Psychology in the future.
If it's ok I would like to join in on this, and provide comments based on this perspective. I have some serious skin in the game for this tutorial being good as I'm going to be the personal IT support for all papers if it's not clear enough ;)
I hope AMPPs will appreciate this timely piece, but I always try to do some advertising for this FAIR (as in free) OA journal:
