Greetings fellow students,

After Thanksgiving, you will be alerted by the university to complete the online evaluation of my teaching. I provided a link below. Just to be clear, the link will not list any of your courses until after Thanksgiving. The online nature of the evaluation forms is a trial run BUT the ratings will be used for raises and promotion for sure. Given the fact that there is no money for raises, I will not likely see anything from your efforts. Still, we need your feedback. I need the data for my own course improvement.

Please don't use the BLUE form above to criticize me or my TA (611 only). I have separate, anonymous forms for my own courses that help me improve my teaching and course structure. My personal forms can be found linked below and can be filled out at any time. Be sure to select the course you are enrolled in this semester. I think that ought to be self-explanatory.
