Hi PSWers!

I hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving. If you're having a hard time transitioning from family and festivities back to law school work, or if you just need something to help you take your mind off of your Turkey tummy ache, I've got just the reading for you: this week's PSW piece!

Linda Greenhouse will be presenting her draft chapter for a book that Oxford University Press is publishing on the health care decision. Her chapter (attached) is entitled "Is It the Roberts Court?" She's added a paragraph at the beginning to provide context for the workshop. Many of you probably followed Professor Greenhouse's columns during and after the ACA argument and decision last Term, but this will be an opportunity to explore her take on the case and the ruling in the context of her broader, progressive-minded critiques of the Roberts Court. It's short, and it responds directly to the argument made in Jeffrey Toobin's new book, The Oath. As always with Professor Greenhouse's work, the chapter is eminently readable, punchy and intelligent. I know y'all will enjoy the piece just as much as you enjoyed that last piece of pumpkin pie last night!

Happy post-Thanksgiving,
Anjali

ps. Let me know if y'all have trouble opening the file...
