Datasets from PSVM paper

Hello,

We are interested in reproducing results from the PSVM Paper. Are the datasets used in this paper freely available somewhere online?

We were able to locate CoverType and RCV here. However, RCV contains more than 2 classes, and we are not sure which 2 classes the author chose for binary classification.
