Affinity support

Hi,

I've being using affinity module since 0.1.* version and I really
appreciate amazing job you had done.

I wonder is there any plan for integrating feature to cooperate with
process affinity (similar to Linux taskset).
There is affinity module for Python (which is really outdated and no-
longer maintained), however I am not aware of any other alternative
solutions. It would be great if such a feature can be integrated with
psutils.

Interesting. I should read about the subject though.
When you might want to use such a thing?
According to:

...it seems we can provide this on Linux and Windows only.
That would be fine with me.

Ok, this is now implemented for Linux and Windows by using latest SVN version.
