Hello,

We are excited to be emailing you about the Student Affairs Placement Conference that TCU is hosting February 17th-18th, 2025 in Fort Worth, Texas. This in-person hiring conference is open to higher education institutions across the country. SAPC is free for candidates to participate in, and we even provide a limited number of complimentary double occupancy hotel rooms, on a first come first served basis, for candidates who register for the conference and request lodging. Our goal is to create an accessible opportunity for candidates to participate in this opportunity to interview with different offices/departments in Student Affairs from a large variety of higher ed institutions!

 Candidates:

SAPC is FREE for candidates, but you must register and commit to attendance in-person. In addition, to support candidates in their search process, we secured a limited number of double-occupancy hotel rooms for Student Affairs Placement Conference candidates. This hotel room is at no cost to the candidate. While the room is complimentary, all transportation, incidentals, food and any other costs is the responsibility of the candidate. Hotel rooms are available for the night(s) of February 16-17, and candidates must register for SAPC and fill out this form for hotel arrangements. We hope the no-cost registration and these hotel rooms assist candidates in attending the conference. Please share this information with your graduate students and candidates considering this experience.

More details can be found on the Student Affairs Placement Conference website.
