To PostScript without the TIFF preview

I was using PM 4.0 to create a PostScript version of my publication. I want
to have just the PostScript part without the TIFF image included. Here's some
other info you may find useful:

* I used the LaserWriter II NTX on file: as my target printer

I found that the preview was included in the PostScript(that makes it EPS?)
I also tried different PostScript printer driver, and yet the file created
contains the TIFF preview. I am sure there must be an easy way to fix this.
