The theme for 1998, Enhancing Safety and Mobility in Rural America,
highlights the increasing importance of safety, mobility, and
accessibility in rural communities worldwide. Conference topics will
address rural mobility needs and solutions via safe and efficient ITS
applications. Other topics such as economic vitality, productivity,
mobility, convenience, efficiency, and environmental conservation will
also be examined.
