The Management Information Systems certificate program is designed to meet
the immediate educational needs of the working adult in any organizational
setting where data is processed or information is generated by computers.
It is particularly relevant to those individuals who control the use of
computers, both administratively and operationally, although anyone who
needs to understand the application of the computer to the business
environment can benefit from the program. Program courses emphasize the
use of computers as tools to provide information for effective decision
making and increased productivity.
