The Sustainability
Volunteer Program at PSU is now accepting applications for Winter term, 2012!
The Sustainability Leadership Center
at PSU brings you an opportunity to network, learn and engage in a friendly
environment. If you're interested in getting to know the sustainability
movement at PSU, this program is for you!
What is the
Sustainability Volunteer Program?
The mission of this program is to
create a supportive structure specifically designed for volunteer opportunities
with regard to sustainability on campus. By committing to about 2 hours per
week, students will learn about campus sustainability initiatives and will be
trained in the various volunteer positions. The program welcomes students of
various ages and backgrounds. Volunteers will be provided with a foundation of
knowledge and experience for seeking further leadership opportunities at
Portland State and beyond.
The Sustainability
Volunteer Program has several volunteer teams on which you can serve. This term, we offer positions with,
- Student Gardeners
- Social Sustainability Taskforce
- Economic Sustainability Taskforce
- Earth Week Coalition

Join us! At only 2-4 hours per week, how can you say no? Take a look at the
