Members of the Shattuck Hall Eco-Learning Plaza will be having a planting work party this Wednesday from 9-Noon at the Shattuck Hall Plaza (SW Broadway and College Ave).  This is the first phase of planting that will occur over the Summer; we will be transplanting native perennials, shrubs, and groundcovers as we reclaim and beautify this dynamic space.  The long-term vision for ShELP includes art installation by local artists, an eco-roof mock-up for the Oregon Zoo, and multiple vertical gardens that will frame the space and encourage pollinators to interact with the plants on site.

Feel free to contact me for more information about this project.  Hope to see you there!
