Please find below the payment details for all participants for the PDB vs Dealers tournament:
Amount per golfer: RM200 (Only club member gets different rate, GLI or reciprocal will not have any discount)

Also requested is for each dealer to bring along a gift readily wrapped amounting to RM100. Sample gift would be electrical good or golfing item.
For those who wants to stay overnight at Nilai Springs Resort Hotel, the discounted rate is RM160++ per night for standard room.
Please make payment by tomorrow via CDM or online transfer. Please fax me the copy (03-87340105) of the payment slip together with the following details:
· Full name
· NRIC No
· PSS Name
· Handicap
For those who want to book rooms, please also include the following:
· Date Check-in
· Date Check Out
· No of Guest(s)
· Room Type (e.g. 2 single bed or queen size)
· Special Requirement: (e.g. none smoking)
As for the tournament itself, the following are the details:
Date: 16th Sept 2012 (Sunday)
Location: Nilai Springs Resort Hotel
Tee off time: 1 pm
Mode of Play: Stableford
PDB Staff: Around 5 flights which includes outgoing GM and new GM. The CEO will be present for the dinner.
