I can still handle the communication to all our members, however day of coordination and game coordination I would need some assistance. It has been suggested by various quarters that the game be held at either of the following clubs:

 

1.       Nilai

2.       Kinrara

3.       Bangi

 

Again, the above are just suggestions and if we are still considering KGPA as the event venue that would still be workable.

 

I can begin communicating to all by today if you can provide me the total cost for the game.

As previously discussed, we hope to get a focal person for us to work with from PDB side in order to organise this event. We understand that Che Waz Azlan will be fully occupied in preparations for the CiMB engagement golf on the 30^th November this month, so we hope to be able to work with somebody else from PDB.

Salam Semua,

 

As many dealers will be attending the PESAMP AGM on the 30^th of Nov this month at KGPA, the PSS Golfers group will be organising a friendly game versus PDB. Details as follows:

 

Venue:  Seri Selangor Golf Club (This could be changed if it can be confirmed that transportation is not an issue with all RN participating)

Date:     1 Dec 2013

Time:     Targeted tee off time is 7.45 am latest

Budget: Around RM250 to RM300 per pax (Maybe can get some sponsors to reduce cost)

 

Please indicate how many are interested to participate by filling up the attached excel file. We are also opening entries to spouse of children of dealers. You can also forward this email to other dealers which may not be in this mailing list.

 

FYI this will be the 5^th PDB versus dealer game, and we have won every single one, but PDB is improving.

 

Hope to get a response from all interested party by tomorrow before 5 pm so that we can proceed to arrange the game. However, if you are still interested and would like to include your name after tomorrow, please call me directly.
