Is there a way to run the latest version of pspSEQ on windows using a gamepad?

Not now.  There is a Windows version that uses the keyboard but it's less usable than the one that runs on the PSP.  I used it for debugging/recording the Youtube demos and did a release just in case anyone was curious to see it in action and didn't have a PSP.  Just in case anyone is curious/doesn't know about it you can download it here:

If there was a really powerful Windows key mapper it may be possible to get it to work OK with a gamepad.  In the zip there's a PDF with the key bindings for various controls (it's a 1 page cheat sheet).  Some of them are multi-key options which I don't know if any key mappers could easily handle.  If you figure this out I'd be happy to hear about it.  I don't have a gamepad so I can't test it out.
