Script to pull license usage from multiple VCs

Thanks to Jonathan's excellent help, I wrote a small app to pull license usage data from multiple VCs and store it in a centralized database. It's minimal, but a good framework for centralizing VC data. I may add some functionality where you can upload purchased licenses and calculate available licenses.  

Also, I plan to fork the repository and add storage data and probably memory data at some point. That way i can manage capacity on all my clusters no matter what VC they are connected to.
