Latest update adds little functionality.
A new PSP update is now available via Network Update. Before you get
all worked up though, you might want to read further.

The new update adds little in the way of functionality, its only real
use is to add increased functionality to PlayStation Network games.
Hardly worth the download if you don't own a PS3.

However, if you want the enhanced PSN games support or if you simply
need to have the latest and greatest update, it now is online for the
taking.

This also hints that a new PS3 update is in the works, something that
has been recently speculated around the web.
