Please help me with PspWxp 3.9 (vista)

to PSP.
Does anyone know where to find tech support for troubleshooting the
vista portal for psp? I downloaded it to my psp and everything works
except I can't access wi-fi through the portal which limits it, a lot.
My wireless works great on my psp otherwise. Its only when I try to
connect through PspWxp 3.9 that I receive the message "communication
with the server failed. (8001006F)"
I looked up code 8001006F and it is related to PSP remote play which
should have nothing to do with using the portal.
I'd really appreciate any help.
