Connect it to your PC via USB. The PSP appears as a USB hard drive, so
you can then just drag and drop from your iTunes folder. Or put the
memory stick into a card reader on the PC and do the same.

I can't remember the folder structure. The files have to go some
somewhere specific, but it is fairly obvious.
