Fatal Error: PSOPT.h - NO such file

When I try to run the example problem using terminal window, I get the message:

Fatal Error:  PSOPT.h - NO such file or directory

where do I find this file?

Please discard the post!

Now, I understand from the manual that we just need to type:

./example_name to run the tool 

There is NO need to run *.cxx file separately using gcc *.cxx on terminal window.
