PSOPT with MKL on Ubuntu?

The newest release of PSOPT seems to install OpenBLAS and ATLAS BLAS on Ubuntu 16.04: https://github.com/PSOPT/psopt/blob/master/install-ubuntu-16.04.sh. How does PSOPT decide which version of BLAS is used to build itself and the 3rd party software? What PSOPT files need to be changed if wanted to build or link PSOPT on Ubuntu 16.04 with Intel MKL, which is free: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/free-mkl?
