error for alignment

Hi
I'm really new to this type of software. I just tried to align three
large sequences and recieved the following error.
"Error: "" Line 3:1--3:144 (Alloc error (QAlign)!)"
Several small sequences aligned just fine.
does the above error indicate that my sequences were too long? what
is the maximum sequence size that i can align with the psoda
software?

This sounds like there is something wrong with the nexus file. If you
