Does it make sense to add DspSdrUsb.zip:

as for example new repository such as
<https://github.com/lcochrane24/PSN-ADC-SERIAL-USB>?
Such as meaning a name that makes sense. I am of opinion
DspSdrUsb.zip not be added to
<https://github.com/lcochrane24/PSN-ADC-SERIAL>.
Again, just my opinion where/how to add DspSdrUsb.zip.
