As you know WinSDR is a x86 Windows 32 or 64 bit program.
The use of Eltechs, ExaGear Desktop noted in

of time with success. The ExaGear Desktop has not been available
for more than few years. Hence not option for any ARM based board.
If you want to run WinSDR on RPi4/B then your will need to install
Box86/Box64 or similar on Pi which provides the x86 emulation for
the ARM processor. Call this layer one of emulation. Then you
need to install Wine for 32 or 64 bit for x86 from WineHQ or if
happens to be package via Ubuntu or what you decide to use that has
all of these as packages. That is layer 2 emulation. The install
WinSDR 32 or 64 bit consistent with Box86/Box64 and respective Wine.
I noted layer one and emulation because it is likely only one core
will be used for WinSDR et al likely. With the two layers of
emulation there will be a penality in overhead. How much
uncertain, but I suspect ExaGear Desktop would have been similar
except packages as one installable file that my sense was those
that used ExaGear Desktop for short time was available for
purchase were happy with WinSDR via ExaGear Desktop on RPi3b.
If you use WinQuake the same applies as noted above for WinSDR.
Another approach is purchase a x86 Tiny PC. You can have more RAM
than ant RPi can to date, there is only one layer of emulation,
Wine, will use a little more power, often cost less than RPi4/5 and
many ARM SBCs. It is even easy to create live custom image with
all the items installed and ready to start. I suspect

sense on X86 hardware and not ARM processor. This works very well
and stable suggesting if the Box86/Box64 and Wine install are done
correctly then WinSDR should be stable as sense was with ExaGear
Desktop.
As FYI, Earthworm has native PSN ADC support for years, but
Earthworm has large learning curve.
As FYI, PSNADBoard.DLL and Linux, Linux in this case for you works
really well on Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, Solaris. One has
to add code to create output file from PSN ADC as sadly no code in
based reference code to output PSN or any specific data format.
Some had chosen to output in MiniSeed or Seed format. One person
I know added code for MiniSeed format running for over 20 years on
NSLU2 has 32Kb RAM (not type error) using the Linux PSNADBoard.DLL
library. The PSNADBoard.DLL library has sample code that results
in command line program that uses the PSNADBoard.DLL library that
WinSDR uses and so does Earthworm. WinSDR is a Windows code GUI
that uses PSNADBoard.DLL to communicate with the PSN ADC boards.
