Hi, newbie onboard. I am tying to get some Earthworm modules installed on a Pi 4B running Ubuntu-Mate 15.04 armhf as detailed here.  There appears to be an issue with either subversion or the repository link svn co svn://svn.isti.com/earthworm/trunk
I am not sure how old this webpage is, perhaps something may have changed/moved since being publication, perhaps it's just me missing something.  If anyone is able to provide some assistance with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
The back story for doing this is to resurrect one of our Volksmeters, following some structural modifications for additional stability.  I have chosen to use a Pi 4B to allow installation of Wolfram Mathematica for spectral analysis of long period events.  Should this be successful, the second Volksmeter will go through the same process.
Thanks Peter.

Hi Peter,

The current Earthworm source code can be found here: https://gitlab.com/seismic-software/earthworm

Hi Larry,

Thank you for the prompt reply.  I am heartened by the subtle website
warning "This is only recommended for experienced Earthworm programmers,
since the current Earthworm source may be unstable."  I don't suppose
that I could ask you to please write an addendum to the webpage
referenced, for the benefit of not just myself, but others alike.  When
I introduced myself as "newbie onboard", perhaps I should have included
"novice" as well.

Thank you for your consideration.

Hi Peter,

I might have an image that you could just burn on an SD card and all of that will be done, earthworm and all, with an Ubuntu 24

Hi Angel,

Thanks for the offer so let's do it.  In order for us to use Mathematica on the Pi 4B, the Ubuntu image will have to be armhf,

What do I need to do to obtain the image from you, can I assume that you have a Dropbox or similar account that I can download it from?

Regards

Peter

HI Peter,

I could not find any older images that are 32bits (armhf).  When the rest of the crew comes in on Monday I will ask if we have one.   Just recently we have upgraded our images from  to Ubuntu 24 LTS

Hi Angel,

Actually, my mistake regarding armhf.  Wolfram Mathematica 14.3 is available on 64-bit Debian 12 (Bookworm) and 13 (Trixie) and I had Trixie and Mathematica installed on the Pi 4B before I went back to Ubuntu-Mate 15.04 (another SD card), in order to follow Larry's webpage for the EW module installation.  I have been able to successfully compile EW 7.10.1  but have yet to proceed onto Part 2 and set up each of the modules.  I will continue to work on it over the next couple of days.

If you are able to find an Ubuntu 24 LTS with Earthworm already configured, I would still be very interested in an image copy if the offer is still available.  An up to date O/S capable of running the latest Mathematica would be far better and much appreciated than an obsolete O/S that may, or may no longer have a version of Mathematica available to it.

Regards

Peter
