event reports

Hi all,

 

When using the event report feature in Winquake, I often notice Winquake has problems with the correct display of city names like:

 

UzunbaÄŸ  in Winquake, although it displays as Uzunbağ in Eventreport.txt.

Same problems occurs with city names in Hawaii etc.

 

Any idea how to fix this? I guess it is a setting in the Windows environment, but can not find it.
