The problem Iramba faced still exist in many districts. They can learn from Iramba. Their success was duo to the fact that they accepted and decided to take action. Credit to Dr. Kijugu. If we all commit our-self and decide to be accountable to our roles, we will not only report success story but successful  health service in the country
