How to make psmove.exe work?

How to make psmove.exe work?

-pass files from lib to bin but when starting psmove.exe nothing happens (the test tracker works perfectly)

-try to open it in the cmd and this came out (attached image) now I don't know what to do

-the psmoveapi is from the windows version

I would be very grateful if you help me with my problem

It is a command line program. You have to tell it what you want it to
do. In your screenshot, the program lists the available options. For
example, type

psmove.exe pair

into the CMD prompt if you want to pair a PSMove controller for use with
Bluetooth.
