problem starting PSmove.exe

i simply extracted the december 2020 release. i changed nothing else. i'm not sure how to fix this and this is the second time i tried this. last time i put the dll file specified in the same folder and it still didn't work so i am totally confused

Copy the psmoveapi.dll file from the lib folder to where the psmove.exe is.

And you have to start the psmove.exe from the cmd, if you didnt know.

what's the command? i don't think i can find it in the documentation

Just drag and drop the psmove.exe into the cmd window and hit enter
