How do I compile?

I have downloaded the prebuilt libraries, but they would crash the second I open them, any help would be appreciated because I don't wanna use Ubuntu.

In order to help you, we’d need more context:

1. Which version of the prebuilt libraries did you download? From where? For which operating system?
2. How did you "open them"? What is the error message? What did you run/try to do? Did you try something else?
3. You say you “don’t wanna use Ubuntu” — does that mean you are trying on Ubuntu? Which version? If not Ubuntu, another Linux distro? Something else? Windows? Again, which version?
