Exposing controller values

Hello, and I was meaning to ask you about how do I expose my controller's data so it can be accessed using the Dolphin emulator's DSU Client. I mostly don't know anything about C and how the data is formatted to be accessible through the DSU client. Can you help me with this? Also, is absolute tracking using the camera to use as a cursor viable?
