Second PS4 controller wont connect alongside ps3 controller

I have no issues when connecting one ps3 move controller, however, when I bring a ps4 move controller in and it connects, the second ps4 move controller will act funny and unpair the motion controller from windows. I don't know what to do here or where to start!
